The story
Three little girls wanted an experience of their own
Watching Mom and Dad create our Wine & Food Experiences, Laurette, Manon and Lilou wanted to create an experience of their own. Since they are a little too young to pair wine, they came up with something just for our youngest guests.
Now, while the adults enjoy our Wine & Food Experience, children have their own tasting adventure right alongside them — discovering new pairings and creating memories together, as a family.
Created with love by three little girls who wanted every guest, whatever their age, to feel part of the Domaine LeSeurre experience.
What they learn
Teaching young palates to taste
Laurette, Manon and Lilou wanted children to finally have a tasting moment of their own. So Le Petit Gourmand is a real tasting, made for them: our team guides the children through four juice & food pairings and shows them how flavours meet — the way we do it with the grown-ups, in a language that is theirs.
- 1Four juice & food pairingsEach juice meets a bite chosen to go with it — the same principle as our Wine & Food Experience, at their scale. The selection changes with the seasons.
- 2Tasting, step by stepLook, smell, taste: they learn the gestures of a tasting, guided by our team, in their own words.
- 3Their palate, awakeTrying a pairing, then the same sip on its own — children feel how one changes the other. That is where curiosity begins.
- 4A game, first of allThere is no right answer. They tell us what they prefer, and why — and often surprise the grown-ups at the table.
