A love story that beganin a vineyard
They met in 2009, half a world from home, working a harvest together. Without wine, they would never have met. Sébastien comes from six generations of Champagne winemakers; Céline grew up among her family's vines. In 2013, a view over Keuka Lake became theirs.
The way we work
We make wineby taste
From harvest to bottling, taste comes first — balance and feeling over numbers. Spontaneous fermentations, very little sulfur, nothing added. The wine is alive, and each vintage brings something of its own.

A Champagne family,by the lake
Sébastien is the sixth generation of a Champagne winemaking family. Our sparkling wines follow the méthode champenoise — over ten years on the lees, each bottle touched by hand at least sixty-eight times. A savoir-faire carried from one place to another.
