Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Domaine LeSeurre Winery website. By visiting or using the site, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

Using this website

You are welcome to browse this site and to make reservations or purchases where offered. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, security, or with other guests’ use of it. You must be of legal drinking age (21 or older) to purchase wine or to reserve an experience that includes tasting.

Reservations and experiences

When you reserve a tasting or an experience, you agree to the details shown at the time of booking, including date, time, party size, and any fee. We ask that you arrive on time so that we can welcome every guest fully.

  • Reservations are confirmed once you complete booking and, where applicable, payment.
  • Cancellation and rescheduling terms are shown at the time of booking. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
  • A valid, government-issued photo ID may be requested on arrival. Guests who cannot show proof of legal drinking age may not be served.
  • We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to anyone who appears intoxicated or who behaves in a way that affects the safety or enjoyment of others.

Purchases and shipping

Wine purchases and shipments are subject to our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms. All sales are subject to applicable law, including the requirement that the purchaser and the recipient be 21 or older, and that an adult signature be provided at delivery.

Pricing and availability

We work to keep prices, product details, and availability accurate, but errors can occur and stock is limited. We may correct errors, update information, or decline an order where an obvious mistake has been made. Vintages and offerings change over time.
