Shipping & Returns
We ship our wines with care, and in full compliance with the laws that govern the direct shipment of alcohol. Please review the requirements below before you order.

You must be 21 or older
By law, both the purchaser and the person receiving a shipment must be at least 21 years of age. Wine may not be sold or delivered to anyone under 21. Placing an order confirms that you meet this requirement.
Adult signature required at delivery
Every wine shipment requires an adult signature (21+) at delivery. The carrier will ask the recipient for a valid, government-issued photo ID to confirm age.
- Packages cannot be left unattended and cannot be delivered to a P.O. box.
- We recommend shipping to an address where an adult is available during the day, such as a workplace, so someone can sign.
- If no eligible adult is available after the carrier's delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us. Return-shipping and restocking costs may apply.
Where we can ship
We can ship to states where direct-to-consumer wine shipment is permitted and where we hold the required licenses. The states available to you are shown at checkout. If your state is not eligible, we are not able to complete the shipment. Shipping rules and taxes vary by state.
Quantity limits
State law sets limits on how much wine may be shipped to an individual for personal use. In New York, for example, a resident of legal drinking age may receive up to 36 cases per year, for personal use and not for resale. Other states set their own limits, which apply automatically at checkout.
Processing and delivery
- Orders are typically prepared within a few business days.
- During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may hold a shipment briefly to protect the wine in transit.
- You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Address corrections requested by the carrier may incur a fee.
- Applicable sales and excise taxes are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Returns, damage, and cancellations
Because wine is an age-restricted product, the law strictly limits the return of alcohol. We are generally unable to accept returns of wine once it has been delivered, except as required by law.
- If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within a few days of delivery, keep the bottles and packaging, and we will make it right.
- Orders may be cancelled or changed before they ship. Once a shipment is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method.
